I tried fencing son of metal and plastic 3''hoyos 2''de near Flexable with 1''agujeros, but keep climbing up the tree and ruin the crust. I do not think a solid metal around the tree was good for them, not to mention unsightly. I have heard that moth balls are a good dig, but I have not tried it yet. If someone has already tried something, please let me know, even if it is a warning to prove something. Thanks
